AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The URMANUAL Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new creators to the URMANUAL platform. Affiliates receive a unique referral code that, when used by a creator during sign-up or checkout, binds that creator to the Affiliate's account for commission tracking purposes.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

All applications are reviewed at URMANUAL's sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke any application or affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

Approval does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, referral volume, or platform support beyond what is described in these Terms.

Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique affiliate code. When a creator signs up for URMANUAL using your code — or applies it at checkout — that creator is bound to your affiliate account. Binding is permanent unless manually reassigned by URMANUAL administration.

Referral attribution is determined solely by the affiliate code entered by the creator. URMANUAL does not use cookie-based tracking for affiliate referrals. If a creator does not enter your code, no referral credit will be awarded.

You are responsible for distributing your affiliate code to prospective creators. URMANUAL is not responsible for ensuring that creators enter your code correctly.

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by creators they have referred. The default commission rate is 5% of the transaction amount, calculated after any applicable platform fees or discounts.

URMANUAL reserves the right to adjust the commission rate for any individual Affiliate at any time. Custom commission rates, if offered, will be communicated to the Affiliate in writing (including via email or the Affiliate Portal).

Commissions are earned only on transactions completed by referred creators. Refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions will not generate commissions, and any commissions previously credited for such transactions may be reversed.

Payouts are processed manually by URMANUAL. Available payout methods include PayPal and Wise (bank transfer). URMANUAL may add or remove payout methods at its discretion.

To receive payouts, you must provide valid and accurate payment information in your Affiliate Portal. URMANUAL is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment details.

A minimum payout threshold of USD $20 (or equivalent) applies. Commissions below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is met.

Payout requests are reviewed and processed on a monthly basis. URMANUAL reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activity, terms violations, or unresolved disputes.

Affiliates are expected to promote URMANUAL in a truthful, professional, and ethical manner. All promotional content must accurately represent the platform, its services, and the Affiliate Program.

You may promote URMANUAL through your personal website, blog, social media accounts, email newsletters, and other legitimate marketing channels. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable laws or regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines).

You may not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk outreach that could damage URMANUAL's reputation. This includes but is not limited to mass DMs, comment spam, and unsolicited emails to purchased lists.

You may not make false or misleading claims about URMANUAL's services, earnings potential, or any other aspect of the platform. All testimonials and results shared must be genuine and verifiable.

Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You may not use your own affiliate code for your own purchases or accounts, nor may you create fictitious accounts for the purpose of generating referral commissions.

Cookie stuffing, click fraud, and any form of artificial traffic generation are prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system through technical or deceptive means will result in immediate termination.

Running paid advertisements that bid on URMANUAL brand terms (e.g., "URMANUAL", "UrManual", or variations thereof) is prohibited without prior written approval from URMANUAL.

Impersonating URMANUAL, its staff, or other affiliates is strictly prohibited. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of URMANUAL.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice (including email). Upon termination, your affiliate code will be deactivated and you will no longer earn commissions on new transactions.

If termination is due to a violation of these Terms, URMANUAL reserves the right to forfeit any pending or unpaid commissions. URMANUAL may also pursue additional remedies available under applicable law.

Upon voluntary termination in good standing, any earned commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 days of the termination date, subject to standard payout processing.

URMANUAL does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, referrals, or conversions from participation in the Program. Your success as an Affiliate depends on your own promotional efforts and audience.

The URMANUAL platform and Affiliate Program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, URMANUAL's total liability to any Affiliate under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

URMANUAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Affiliates at least fourteen (14) days in advance via email or through the Affiliate Portal.

Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must terminate your participation before the changes take effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and URMANUAL regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
