Go to Cards and fill in each section: Who I Am, How I Communicate, What I'm Into, The Basics, My Favourites, and The Deep Side. The more you fill in, the richer your profile becomes.
Customise your profile
Upload an avatar and banner, write a short bio, and choose a theme. Visit the Profile tab to make your page feel like you.
Share your link
Once your username is set, your public profile lives at urmanual.com/[username]. Share it anywhere — Instagram bio, X, dating apps, wherever.
Creating your manual is completely free. Build and share your full manual without spending or earning anything.
