URMANUAL collects and processes the following data:
Account data — email address and login credentials, stored securely via Supabase authentication.
Profile data — your username, display name, bio, avatar, banner, and all manual section content you create. This is public by design.
Partner application data — your social media link, application timestamp, and approval status. This is visible only to URMANUAL administrators.
Transaction data — purchase records, amounts, and earnings. Financial data is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe — we never access, store, or handle your bank details, card numbers, or personal financial information.
Analytics — page views and sales counts, visible to you on your dashboard.
Third-party services: Stripe (payments, Partner identity verification, payouts — see stripe.com/privacy) and Supabase (database and authentication hosting).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond these service providers.
We use cookies strictly for authentication — no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active; upon deletion, personal data is removed within 7 business days.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@urmanual.com.
If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and data portability.
If you are in Canada, your rights are protected under PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
