By using URMANUAL you agree to the following:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be suspended immediately.
You are responsible for all content you upload — it must not be illegal, infringe on others' rights, contain explicit/adult material, or promote violence or hate.
Your username is permanent and cannot be changed once set.
URMANUAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the platform or its users, without prior notice.
Partner accounts are subject to additional terms agreed upon during the application process, including the 20% platform fee on all transactions.
We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
URMANUAL is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, earnings, or sales volumes. Our liability is limited to platform fees collected from your transactions in the 12 months preceding any claim.
If you believe any content on URMANUAL infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact support@urmanual.com with details of the material and proof of ownership. We will review and remove infringing content in accordance with applicable law.
To report a profile for any reason — including suspected underage users, harmful content, or impersonation — use the Report link on any profile page or email support@urmanual.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
